“Before I started the program, I was stuck in peaks and valleys.

Sometimes, I felt like "Scrooge McDuck," saving every penny for an emergency. But then, if I did that for too long, the pendulum would swing the other day and I'd indulge full force. I was "making it work," but my mental health was suffering in the process.

Berkeley's method was a complete switch (full 180°) to how I had thought about budgeting and spending. It was more about embracing my spending habits and adjusting them, versus overhauling everything. I was so worried about changing the lifestyle I love and it didn't result in that at all.

Now, I'm able to more fully enjoy what I've achieved and worked hard for, but I'm more discerning as to what's "worth the investment" of my money.

Berkeley made me feel so comfortable talking about an uncomfortable topic like money. She's really relatable and clearly knew and worked hard on her process.

It does work if you work it! Its commitment on both sides, hers (which becomes clear early on) and your own.. It's not hey here’s my info - fix it. It’s a partnership and she's in it with you all the way.”
